Overall, a good book. Well written and to the point. Not a lot of fluff or repetitive jabber.
Not for someone who has been in sales very long. Reading just this book will not make you a master seller. That's not it's intent. A solid coverage of the basic Do's and Do Not's along with lots of encouragement.
I enjoyed the read.
the book is simple and straight forward, it is easy to read and understand its principles. As a layman, I like its questions inside the book that lead you to think more about how to be a great sale and with positive mindset.
The spelling errors in this book are off-putting when reading it!
