Untamed Rivalry Scenes from a Female Fight Club - is a confessional novel set in a very private women-only fight club. The book brings to life a secret, ritualistic and erotic world, where women test themselves against each other sexually and in vicious naked combat. The central thread of the story is the rivalry between the author Alexis and Karen, both newly admitted club members. The story covers their first meeting and traces the way their instinctive rivalry grows, their admission fight to win membership, a private sexfight until they fight it out in front of the membership. The story takes us around the world and describes a number of different types of female combat.
There are erotic descriptions of the tense, erotic-charged build-up to the fights, the email and graphic verbal exchanges. The darkly sexy pre-fight rituals and the sexual rewards enjoyed by the winners are also a noteworthy feature. The content is highly adult-oriented and explicit and while it is written about women by a woman it should appeal to both sexes.
The author Alexis is highly experienced in catfighting, wrestling and sexfighting and has appeared in many films. She also explores “alpha” women’s drive to combat and their competitive instincts.

The lights in the rest of the room dimmed. Alexis and Karen were now isolated in a warm light that illuminated them alone to the four expectant spectators. Karen and Alexis circled warily. Gradually, Karen moved herself into a crouching form and then, extending her right leg she dropped her left hand until it splayed out on the black leather. Her left leg and right hand followed the same trajectory and, legs splayed, she was suspended, her bottom a few inches above the leather. Karen’s pelvis swayed, vulnerable to attack from Alexis. The fighter in Alexis looked down at the taut figure. Her instinct was to leap onto the suspended form. She thrilled at the thought of the two of them rolling over naked. She loved the kinetic thrill of physical combat, the hitting and being hit, preferably urged on by a cheering crowd.
Then with an electric surge, Alexis acknowledged to herself that Karen’s pose that looked so vulnerable, in the context of a catfight was actually a show of strength in a sexfight. Karen was displaying her c*nt to her rival. It was a challenge, a gesture of defiance, a gauntlet thrown down. A second charge hit her as she felt her own sex respond. I read about this book on a site of a sexfight studio where the author Alexis is a regular contestant. Having seen her in action in catfights and sexfights I was intrigued. I suspect her insights into the motivations of women who really love to fight, are the core of its success.
What I liked was how Alexis has created an erotically powerful depiction of an underground world where sexy and sophisticated women fight. I loved the build-up to each fight and the pre-fight rituals. I especially liked the way the rivalry between the main characters develops. The descriptions are graphic and the thoughts of the women are also well-described. The powerful mature women who run the club were particularly credible. Don't put off this book by the rather cheesecake image on the cover it is very erotic and extremely edgy, perhaps too extreme for those who like traditional catfights.
Too much buildup for not enough payoff
I think the fact that one of the authors has experienced what is described makes the build ups the best I have read. It actually has a great structure and narrative. The characters - all women, were excellently described. I hope there be a sequel!
